Brew Crew Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic intern to join the Customer Service team where you will gain hands-on experience in delivering exceptional service to our customers, assisting in resolving inquiries, and supporting the team in maintaining customer satisfaction.

The intern will be based in our HQ, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role will require the person to be on standby during weekends on a rotation basis.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Listen attentively to customers’ complaints and all enquiries and record them immediately to facilitate satisfactory resolution within 3 working days.
  • Be knowledgeable in CBTL products and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to conduct basic troubleshooting over the machine via phone from customer or cafés.
  • Create positive experiences with word-of-mouth marketing when products and services fail.
  • Increase Company’s sale by describing product’s uses, types, value and benefit to the customer by listening and guiding the customer to the correct product to satisfy their needs.
  • Expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfilment.
  • Ensure that all CBTL maintenance issues are promptly attended to.
  • Record customer/café feedback and channel reports to Management.
  • Coordinate with all respective departments - maintenance, cafés and customers for repairs & replacements.
  • Ensure all returned CBTL products are inventoried, neatly organized and maintain the cleanliness of their storage.
  • Comply with procedures outlined in Company manuals.
  • Provide report, data and analysis on a scheduled basis.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Your Ingredients

  • Undergraduate currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with English and Bahasa.
