We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Affiliate Marketing team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia supporting Hong Kong market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for the travel industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building
  • Foster strong relationships with affiliates, influencers and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Affiliate Program Management
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop rewards structure for KOL.
  • Campaign Development
  • Create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns to promote KKday’s travel experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular reports on affiliate program performance, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Compliance and Contract Management
  • Ensure affiliate activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Manage affiliate agreements, including negotiation and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven 3 to 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on the travel industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management skills and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Able to adapt to fast paced environments and work on multiple projects simultaneously
