Our client is a global innovative listed battery technology company from China.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for on-site commissioning and after-sales service of high-voltage UPS battery products for customers.
  2. Troubleshoot and promptly address any issues that arise with products during commissioning or after-sales service.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers on-site, resolving inquiries and meeting reasonable requests.
  4. Conduct technical discussions with major clients and project stakeholders, supporting the sales team with pre-sales technical assistance, including technical consulting, solution design, product demonstrations, and more.
  5. Provide training for customers on technology, product usage, and installation.
  6. Gather user requirements, collect information on competitor products, and provide suggestions for product improvement.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company or management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Over one year of after-sales experience in energy storage, with familiarity in high-voltage BMS fault analysis and failure mode analysis preferred.
  2. Knowledge of UPS, batteries, electrical principles, etc., with a background in the new energy industry as a plus.
  3. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
