  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What will you be engaged in?

As our new KYC (Know Your Customer) Analyst you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct documents screening on KYC process and sanctions screening for potential violations sanctions, in accordance with
  • defined procedures
  • Ensure that SOP and process are adhered to on a daily basis
  • Identify problem items and escalating to the Lead/Supervisor as necessary
  • Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform pre-screening and initial due diligence
  • Discuss and provide clarification if needed with KYC QA and compliance

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field will be an added advantage
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Willing to learn attitude
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (9am-6pm or 4pm-1am), including weekends and public holidays.
