Role
As a Senior Product Associate, you will be driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, of the SleekFlow mobile application. You will be working alongside our Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and Commercial team to design, develop and deliver constant enhancements for our key products as well as new features.
You are a digital native with a natural intuition for design and technology, coupled with a strategic mindset. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity. You get excited by solving complex problems and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get things done.

Responsibilities
- Drive the development of the SleekFlow mobile app, supporting the product vision and strategic direction
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities
- Continuously test and iterate on product features and functionalities, ensuring a data-driven, user-centric approach to product development and rollouts
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and developers, to plan and execute product roadmaps in order to achieve defined product goals, and meet business objectives
- Collect and manage user feedback to inform product decisions
- Work closely with commercial teams to determine feature prioritization in the product roadmap
- Assist in administering the scrum process across all development squads, ensuring adherence to key sprint milestones like code freezes.
- Assist in preparing release notes to effectively communicate changes to key stakeholders during release windows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Experience with product ownership and delivery, with a technical background being a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp)
- Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Knowledge about SaaS, mobile applications, and APIs
- Self-driven, with strong presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- An ability to think strategically and creatively
- Attention to detail
