Role Overview: Data Research Analyst

We are seeking a part-time Data Research Analyst to join the GITP team in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This hybrid role requires a highly skilled analyst to conduct thorough market and data research, perform detailed due diligence, and provide strategic assessments for our clients as they enter foreign markets. As a critical part of GITP’s one-stop solution approach, the Data Research Analyst will generate insights that empower our clients to make informed, data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive data and market research, uncovering actionable insights for high-tech and IP-driven clients entering Southeast Asian markets.
  • Provide rigorous data analysis, evaluating foreign market opportunities, and conducting due diligence to identify potential risks and advantages.
  • Communicate findings clearly to support decision-making processes for commercial partners, research teams, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate effectively across GITP’s global network, contributing to our mission of enabling seamless market entry and commercialization pathways.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Data Research and Data Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Market Research, with an ability to assess new markets and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and support diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, while also contributing to team objectives.
  • Experience in technology assessment or high-tech product marketing is a strong asset.
