Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Review team's daily work to keep quality and timely delivery
2 Managing the resolution of the problems escalated by team members
3 Managing the employee expense claims process
4 Planning and execution of the vendor payment runs and manage vendor database
5 Reconciliation of supplier statements
6 Generating journals for month-end reporting
7 Drive accounts payable process improvement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of Finance or Accounting
2. 12+ years of Accounting experience in multinational company, minimum 3 years of people manager position .
3. Ever led full-function accounts payable duties
4. Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience will be preferred
5. Good in English speaking and writing.
