YOUR MISSION:
Project Management
Education: Bachelor's Degree in project management or equivalent studied.
Professional: 15-20 year's experience in a customer focused construction and development leadership role. Experience working with multi-unit retail, or retail equivalent chains. Financial and budgeting experience with ability to forecast capital expenditures in anticipation of business needs.
IT Skills: MS Office - Advanced; Auto-CAD and Design Software
Language Skills: Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus. Fluency in English is must.

YOUR MISSION:
Project Management
- Evaluate and provide feedback on incoming store projects (new, relocations, refurbishments), including design lay-out, installation and timelines, ensuring that design and lay-out is done in line with Global guidelines and principles
- Ensure the design process incorporates PUMA Retail Standards, including SKU capacity vs Sales Plan
- Provide guidance and support to ensure that Project Plans are realistic and enables timely opening of the store, incorporating visual merchandising and operational set-up
- Provide enhanced support and services to countries without Store Development functions, including Project Planning
- Provide support to region/countries to ensure that all aspects of the opening are considered in the planning process
- Review the placement of the store fixture orders on behalf of region/countries to ensure accurate and timely orders, in line with design guidelines and capacity calculations
- Coordinate information on order status and delivery between fixture supplier(s) and the country, ensuring timely delivery or early warnings in case of project timing issues
- Through collection and validation of data in E-base, ensure that the region/country has a complete overview of all Branded consumer touch points, ranging from franchise, distributor-owned and Owned & Operated PUMA stores, including Shop in shops, Free-standing stores and Full Price and Factory Outlet stores
- Align and coordinate with region/countries, distributors and Global Retail, ensuring that a project pipeline is updated weekly with regards to budgeted, incoming and pending store openings by country, store type and date
- Provide monthly updates to senior management on the project pipeline as well existing stores
- Ensure that regon/in country, including distributor within the country have up-to-date information on all current store concepts, design guidelines and –principles
- Ensure that the ordering process for fixtures and other Store Development related products and services are documented and understood by the region and individual countries
- Approval of fixture ordering process via GSM system
- Responsible for maintaining a library of installation guides and fixture component designs and specifications for all store concepts in existense throughout the country
- Provide information and support when required to region/countries in order to ensure that fixtures can be maintained or repaired in accordance with the original design intent
- Collaborate with PUMA Legal team on all lease negotiation and contract management to ensure adherence to brand standards and maximise landlord contributions towards project cost.
- Assist in real estate site selection and pre-lease site surverys to ensure all budgets are accurately reflected on site conditions
- Develop and maintain a solid motivated team that achieves optimal results and exceeds established goals and operate independently to implement global vision with minimal directions and oversight
- Preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting
