Job Responsibility

  • Assist to maintain effective and efficient workshop operations
  • Uploading and processing reports such as job cards and service history
  • Liaise with internal or external customers and suppliers
  • Prepare and maintain company documents
  • Assist with purchasing items for maintenance and breakdowns
  • Coordinate all maintenance needs from administration to breakdown calls and keeping logs on work and issues
  • Perform proper filling to track items efficiently
  • Ensure good housekeeping
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma in Administrative or related field
  • Have a minimum of 3 years working experiences
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Willing to work at our car workshop located at No. 3, The Cube, Jalan Puteri 7/13A, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 3pm
