Job Responsibility
- Assist to maintain effective and efficient workshop operations
- Uploading and processing reports such as job cards and service history
- Liaise with internal or external customers and suppliers
- Prepare and maintain company documents
- Assist with purchasing items for maintenance and breakdowns
- Coordinate all maintenance needs from administration to breakdown calls and keeping logs on work and issues
- Perform proper filling to track items efficiently
- Ensure good housekeeping
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
- Minimum SPM, Diploma in Administrative or related field
- Have a minimum of 3 years working experiences
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Willing to work at our car workshop located at No. 3, The Cube, Jalan Puteri 7/13A, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 3pm
