Job Responsibilities:

Extensive dealer customer service experience:

  • Ability to independently develop strategies and reporting plans based on customer needs.

Familiar with automotive dealer systems and new media business practices in the automotive industry:

  • Including but not limited to short video and live streaming practices.

Familiar with new media platform logic and rules:

  • Ability to clearly interpret backend data.

Familiar with enhancing new media capabilities for automotive dealers:

  • Capable of matrix analysis and event planning.

Understand key aspects of dealer matrix business at each stage:

  • Familiar with corresponding SOPs of each operation team.

Develop dealer reward and punishment policies:

  • Establish new media group operation standards.

Coordinate new media teams, operation strategies, and budget management for each store.

Implement monthly, quarterly, and annual new media operation communication strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in new media operations for complete vehicle sales, with automotive new media operation experience preferred.
  • More than 3 years of new media operation experience, familiar with the full process of new media operations, with experience in operating and promoting accounts on Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, WeChat Official Accounts, and other self-media platforms. Deep understanding of the platform and other new media platforms, sensitivity to trends, familiarity with new media platform characteristics, user preferences, and content practices.
  • Marketing planning ability and social media communication execution ability, with a deep understanding of new media characteristics and operation modes, and successful new media operation cases.
  • Experience in incubating accounts with over 100,000 followers is preferred, as well as experience in video content operations and operating viral content.
  • Ability to plan new media operation scripts and independently write creative scripts for disseminating videos and soft articles.
