We are looking for senior PCB Layout and Schematic Engineer to support our client services that aims to accelerate time-to-market and to improve product quality of their clients. The support are schematic design review, layout design review, and schematic and layout design information data mining. Key Responsibilities:

Role Proficiency:

Outcomes
- Executes manual validation
- Perform defect triaging
- Complete the test grid and locate/ execute 'out of box' scenarios
- Perform issue replication regression and isolation
- Locate the product failures and report it in test repository and bug tracker
- Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
- Number of showstoppers and critical bugs found
- Perform defect triaging
- Compliance on updating the test repository and bug database properly
- Adherence to schedule / timelines
- Number of defects post delivery
- Number of non-compliance issues

Manage Project:

We are looking for senior PCB Layout and Schematic Engineer to support our client services that aims to accelerate time-to-market and to improve product quality of their clients. The support are schematic design review, layout design review, and schematic and layout design information data mining. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Team in understanding circuit requirements and limitations.
- Perform Schematic Design Review and Layout Design Review on customer design.
- Generate Report/Defect log per project platform.
- Deliver reports within SLA.
- Review, analyze and recommend improvements to existing schematic and layout designs. May need to resolve design related issues in a timely manner.
- Report of extraction information from customer's Schematic and Layout design.
- Develop design documentations and requirements specifications for assigned projects. Requirements:
- High proficiencies in PCB routing requirements and checking - trace width, trace spacing, length matching, tolerances, routing topology on critical nets, via count.
- High Speed PCB Design using Cadence Allegro PCB Editor, Mentor Graphics HyperLynx DRC, SCT, LCT.
- Accustomed to designing PCBs with a high awareness of "Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Test" requirements
- Expertise in Edge-Coupled and Broadside-Coupled Differential pairs and Designed impedance
- Expertise in using Through Hole, Blind, Buried, Micro & Power vias in PCB.
- Good command on critical signal routing, cross talks, EMI, EMC, Clock signal, Mixed Signal Routings and Power plane distribution.
- Good knowledge in Intel Atom, Core, and Xeon microprocessors architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of constraints and use of the constraint manager.
- A+ English language proficiency is a must, ability to communicate clearly and fluently using proper words, expressions and grammar both verbally and in written form. Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a technical and non-technical customers
- Capable of supporting during Weekends, Public Holidays and odd-hours when there is a need. LAYOUT REVIEW ENGINEER & SCHEMATIC REVIEW ENGINEER
- Bachelor’s degree from Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar required.
- At least one year of experience with ECAD tools, layout design reviews, and rule development.
- Able to perform layout reviews using Mentor Hyperlynx DRC, Cadence Allegro and PowerSI and others.
- Knowledge of DC and AC Power requirements for board design.
- Knowledgeable on PC Architecture and industry-standard protocols such as DDR3, PCIE, USB, SATA, etc.
- Knowledgeable in system-level design issues such as circuit noise, thermal effects, circuit timing, drive and loading, etc.
- Understanding of ICs at the pin and package level
