In this role, you will lead and support initiatives for employee learning, development, and upskilling. Key scopes include understanding training needs, designing and delivering training programmes across the organization, alongside collaborating with internal stakeholders.

About The Manager/team

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Talent Management, you will work closely with HODs and CEO. This is a sole contributor role.

Skills & Experience Required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 7-8 years of relevant working experience. You possess in-depth knowledge of learning & development within the industrial/manufacturing space, good in stakeholder management, and articulate in English and Malay.
