Job Descriptions 岗位范围 :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via message & phone call in a professional and courteous manner. 以专业和礼貌的方式透过通话或在线聊天迅速回复客户的询问&问题
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 有效而高效地解决客户投诉,必要时将复杂问题升级至相关部门

Job Requirements 任职要求 :
