Job Descriptions 岗位范围 :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via message & phone call in a professional and courteous manner. 以专业和礼貌的方式透过通话或在线聊天迅速回复客户的询问&问题
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 有效而高效地解决客户投诉,必要时将复杂问题升级至相关部门
- Provide product or service information to customers, including usage, availability, and upgrade details. 向客户提供产品或服务信息,包括用途、可用性和系统升级详情
- Keep accurate data records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. 准确记录客户互动,记录询问、投诉和解决方案
Job Requirements 任职要求 :
- Education : Diploma or equivalent. 大专以上文凭,任何相关专业

- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, in written and verbal. 良好的中文&英文沟通能力,书写及表达能力
