Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our company as our first employee. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Partnership Management for Choicest Marketing

- Identify and pursue potential leads for Choicest Marketing's services

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance Choicest Marketing's service offerings

- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders

- Assist in the sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals

- Represent Choicest Marketing at offline events, such as exhibitions, to develop leads and partnerships

2. Lead Generation and Partnership Development for Clients

- Help Choicest Marketing's B2C clients find B2B leads (e.g., connecting tea leaf companies with restaurants)

- Identify, develop, and manage partnership opportunities that benefit our clients' businesses

- Create and nurture strategic alliances between clients and potential partners

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to each client's needs

- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and leads

- Monitor and report on partnership performance and outcomes

3. Influencer Marketing Support

- Develop and manage a robust list of influencers relevant to our clients' industries

- Assist in influencer outreach and negotiations as needed

- Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and best practices

Must-have Requirements:

1. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

2. Outgoing, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with strangers

4. Interest in or understanding of Western culture

Nice-to-have Requirements:

5. Bachelor's degree from a top local university

6. Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or marketing
