  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Inistate is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customer requirements and our technical capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure our platform to meet these requirements, and ensure a seamless implementation of Inistate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients to gather, understand, and document their business requirements.

• Configure Inistate’s no-code platform to align with customer specifications, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

• Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and making incremental adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to enhance platform features based on user feedback.

• Participate in regular client meetings and feedback sessions to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret client needs and translate them into technical configurations on the Inistate platform.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Python is a plus, though not required.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a technology-driven environment.
