Job brief:
You will take the lead in an ongoing recruitment strategy and hire IT professionals to fill technical positions, promote a strong employer brand and build great relationships with both candidates and employees. You will undertake end to end recruitment cycle for roles across Southeast Asia and hands-on with the employee onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and own end-to-end hiring activities.
- Consistently search, source, screen, offer, and onboard high-quality talent from various channels.
- Work closely with hiring manager/delivery leaders to understand talent needs and work towards timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Strategize and source potential candidates on platforms and external databases for niche skills.
- Shortlisting candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, and finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years hands-on experience as a Technical Recruiter in IT industry
- Ability to understand and conduct technical interviews for IT roles.
- Experience with various interview formats (e.g., face-to-face, phone, Skype and structured)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases as such Monster, Naukri, Job Street, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Facebook
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and portal/Boolean search)
- Experience in supervising junior recruiters is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to work onsite at our office in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
