- Accountable for and perform all SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) functional roles, Activities Based Costing (ABC), Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Project System (PS) customizing including troubleshooting, testing and support. Resolve all related issues, operational support and developments include relevant integrated modules and interfaces.
- Lead and coordinate the relevant work with support and development team.
- Consult, configure and implement best solution for Change Requests according to the user requirements and business processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentations such as configuration documents, functional/technical specifications.
- Support business implementations by sharing best practice of relevant skills.
- Deliver IT services and support in close cooperation with business users, vendors and other IT teams. Support stakeholders, regular follow-up and conduct user engagement sessions to address issues and changes in an effective and efficient manner.
- Work closely with other functional teams and business users to facilitate training, guidance, incidents and issue resolution. Involve in discussions, meetings and sessions with internal and external stakeholders on SAP FICO and integrated module when required.
- Develop functional specifications and work with the programmer to complete development and testing for implementation.
- Provide guidance, conduct user training and prepare relevant documentation such as user manuals, common issue list and transactions.
- Perform support and implements projects for SAP FICO, BPC, PS and ABC.
- Execute performance monitoring functions including integration with SAP/other external sources.
- Contribute towards effective support of SAP FICO Systems especially Production system through monitoring, maintenance, analysis and resolution of defects (this includes operational support outside of normal working hours when required) to ensure system availability and accuracy.
- Address all issues arising from financial findings that require system fixes and changes.
- Keeps abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionalities and support packs.
- Participate in release upgrades or new functionalities/enhancements/ support packs/disaster recovery planning/assessments and make recommendations.
- Maintain procedures and methodologies for SAP and its integration enterprise wide systems.
- Adhere to existing change policies for deployment i.e. develop in Development system, test in Quality system and successful implementation in Production system. Prepares documentation and obtains sign-off in all stages of implementation i.e. User Requirement Specifications/Blueprint, change requests, user acceptance test and go live.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Accounting or Computer Information Systems from a recognized University.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in SAP FICO.
- Additional skills in ABC, BPC, PS and ABAP are added advantages.
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good interpersonal skills and personality.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and a good team player.
