As part of the Inetolgift team, you’ll handle essential purchasing activities, support account management, and provide administrative assistance to the sales team. Your role will contribute to efficient operations and smooth client interactions, ensuring seamless service and precise, timely order processing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities, including inventory control and order processing.
  • Support account management by tracking finances, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, sales coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, accurate responses and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline sales and administrative processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and accurate data entry in line with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Purchasing and Procurement.
  • Strong Account Management and Financial Acumen.
  • Proficiency in Sales Support and Customer Service.
  • Excellent Administrative and Organizational Skills.
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Abilities.
  • High level of Attention to Detail and Accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team Player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
