Mechatronics Engineer

Position Overview:

The Mechatronic Engineer will play a critical role in the new associate company's mission by leading the design, installation, and maintenance of BMS, ELV, and IoT solutions. This position involves hands-on project execution, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.System Design & Implementation:

• Design and implement BMS, ELV, and IoT solutions according to project specifications.
• Create detailed schematics, layout drawings, and technical documentation.
• Oversee system installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.

2.Project Coordination & Management:

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients for efficient project delivery.
• Conduct site surveys, assess project requirements, and prepare technical reports.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

3.Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during system installation and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues, ensuring reliable operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades.

4.Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards, industry codes, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Conduct quality checks and participate in audits to maintain system safety and performance.

5.Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and best practices in BMS, ELV, and IoT.
• Collaborate with R&D to enhance building intelligence and energy efficiency.
• Propose solutions to optimize system reliability and sustainability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in M&E engineering, specifically with BMS, ELV, or IoT systems.
• Proven expertise in design, technical documentation, and project coordination.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory codes for BMS, ELV, and IoT systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., KNX, BACnet) in BMS or IoT.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of sustainability and energy management practices.
