International Banking Relationship Manager

Job Summary

As an International Banking Relationship Manager, you are responsible in maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the International Banking Priority Clients segment.

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.

Role Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience of proven and progressive wealth sales experience or equivalent.
  • Priority will be given to those with relevant licenses and certifications such as FIMM, TBE, and IPPC these are considered additional advantages.
  • Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability.
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals
  • Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin with additional languages is an advantage.
