  • Provide assistance to all walk-in customers and network.
  • Responsible for forecasting monthly sales targets.
  • Setting objectives and strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Submit a daily sales report to admin marketing.
  • Assisting with promotional activities, and coordinating with the marketing team to post engaging content for promotions.
  • Managing the outlet’s social media accounts and online presence.
  • Supervise and review the content posted by the admin on media platforms for accuracy.
  • Ensure all posts align with the outlet’s brand image and values.
  • Also assist on creating, verify and edit content and copywriting before posting.
  • Schedule and publish posts for recruitment.
  • Conduct live, provide assistance to the production team, and review their performance during live.
  • Communicate with customers and network by answering any inquiries via Whatsapp, and other media platform such as FaceBook, IG, Google, TikTok.
  • Monitoring online customer reviews and responding appropriately.
  • Giving solutions to any inquiries and complaints, ensuring that each customer, Owner Hub and network are satisfied (via any media platforms and system “Support Ticket”).
  • Follow up with customers, Owner Hub and network to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Verify all documents related to supplies from the warehouse and track the outlet’s progress, including equipment and appliance maintenance, as well as overall outlet cleanliness.
  • Making sure stock utilization done by head baker is accurate.
  • Transferring rate card for Hub when Promo starts or ends.
  • Responsible for renewing the outlet’s license and fire extinguisher certifications.
  • Record “Staff Voucher” purchase by team, and deduct from system as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with petty cash procedures, maintain records, and submit claim reports to the accounting department.
  • Recheck sales figures for accuracy, ensuring all cash transactions match the system records, and deposit weekly cash sales into the bank.
  • Ensure that all team receive and renew typhoid vaccinations and complete the Food Handler Training Course.
  • Manage the registration process for new team attending the Food Handler Training Course.
  • Ensure the outlet’s safety by coordinating with pest control.
  • Verify and reassess any stock discrepancies (loss) reported by administrative staff and head baker, and conduct a thorough analysis to reduce future losses.
  • Keeping track of supplies,ordering and buy new stock (e.g. carrot, egg, gas) and any items as needed by Outlet, including appliances, equipment and stationary.
  • Collaborating with the supply chain team (Warehouse) to manage inventory effectively.
  • Monitor Owner Hubs performance on sales, collateral and expiry item.
  • Advise and support Owner Hub by providing solutions for anything that do not meet HQ’ expectations.
  • Implement regular quality checks to ensure that all finished products meet the bakery’s standards.
  • Ensuring bouquets are attractively packaged and presented for sale or delivery.
  • Monitor production times to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently while still maintaining quality.
  • Step in to assist with production to ensure customer demand is consistently met when necessary.
  • Assist and participate in handling pop-up events organized by HQ, including Meet & Greet, BOP, meeting and other activities.
  • Overseeing daily business operations, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
  • Address and support the completion of ad hoc tasks assigned by management(e.g. costing etc).
  • Assisting with recruitment, conducting interviews, and participating in staff training and development by HQ.
  • Provide training for head baker and all team for new product.
  • Overseeing employee performance and providing feedback.
  • Providing clear direction and objectives for the team to achieve goals, serving as the link between HQ and team outlet.
  • Conducting regular meetings with team to discuss goals and address concerns.
  • Addressing and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the team.
  • Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and evaluate the team’s schedule, including working hours and leave for full-time and part-time staff.
  • Approving staff’s overtime and leave applications on I-payroll system.
  • Recruit new full-time or part-time staff as needed to maintain optimal production levels.

Requirement & Qualification

  • Degree in Business Management or others related field.
  • 1-2 year in Food & Beverage industry or any related field.
  • Have good communication skills and creative thinking to improve sales.
  • Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person.
  • Must have driving License.
  • Computer literate.
