Job Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of HR experience

-Pursued bachelor’s degree in business, marketing , psychology , human resource or related fields preferred

-Excellent verbal communication skills

-Must be able to speak English fluently

-Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.

Job Description:

-Hybrid work

- Possess practical knowledge and a proven track record of onboarding and offboarding processes

-Handle various HR tasks independently, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees

-Coordinating onboarding and offboarding procedures

-Conducting orientation sessions

-Managing employee exit processes

-Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws

-Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

-Liaise with candidates and clients from different regions

-Frequent After-Hours Employee Engagement to support employees in regions across different time zones, addressing employee queries and engagement needs outside standard office hours

-Support Various HR Functions, including employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across different time zones
