Role Description

This is a contract role for a Project Management Office (PMO) position in Insurance & Banking at Getrosoft located in Greater Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves tasks such as program management, communication, project management, and budgeting on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Candidate has more than 3 years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder coordination, expense and invoices tracking
  • Project Management, IT Governance, and Insurance Industry knowledge
  • Experience in managing IT projects and resources
  • Insurance/Financial industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint; MS Teams; Web-based communications tools; and internet-based research.
  • Prefer some tool experiences like PowerBI, MicroStrategy, etc
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Analytical and Program Management skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Project Management and Budgeting skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Experience in the insurance and banking industry is a plus
  • Relevant certification in Project Management is advantageous
