Role Description
This is a contract role for a Project Management Office (PMO) position in Insurance & Banking at Getrosoft located in Greater Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves tasks such as program management, communication, project management, and budgeting on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Candidate has more than 3 years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder coordination, expense and invoices tracking
- Project Management, IT Governance, and Insurance Industry knowledge
- Experience in managing IT projects and resources
- Insurance/Financial industry experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint; MS Teams; Web-based communications tools; and internet-based research.
- Prefer some tool experiences like PowerBI, MicroStrategy, etc
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Analytical and Program Management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Project Management and Budgeting skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in the insurance and banking industry is a plus
- Relevant certification in Project Management is advantageous
