DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

1. PSP Management & Negotiation:

• Identify and negotiate with external PSPs, aiming to secure favorable terms and conditions for the brokerage.
• Manage and monitor partnerships with PSPs to ensure adherence to agreed terms and performance standards.

1. Payment Operations Support:

• Oversee day-to-day payment operations, ensuring all transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and transfers) are handled promptly and accurately.
• Assist in resolving escalated payment issues, acting as a bridge between PSPs and internal departments, and address any discrepancies in transactions.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Assessment:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of regional regulatory requirements and ensure that all PSPs meet these standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments of PSPs and propose adjustments or alternatives based on findings.

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze transaction data to optimize payment processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize transaction costs.
• Prepare periodic reports on PSP performance, transaction volumes, and payment success rates, presenting insights to the finance team and senior management.

1. Process Improvement & Technology Integration:

• Collaborate with the IT and funding teams to integrate new PSP systems and ensure they are operational with minimal disruptions.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve payment processes, reduce transaction times, and enhance user experience.

1. Client Support & Issue Resolution:

• Act as a point of contact for any payment-related issues from clients, coordinating with PSPs to ensure timely resolutions.
• Work closely with customer service teams to provide accurate information on payment methods, transaction timelines, and issue resolution processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a payment operations role, ideally in a CFD or financial services firm.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese/Mandarin, with excellent writing and soft skills.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with external PSPs.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
