- Working closely with special education teachers, speech therapists, and other specialists to support children with individual needs and implement tailored interventions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks, and promoting hygiene practices among children.
- Mentoring new staff members and student interns, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
- Actively seeking feedback from colleagues, parents, and children to reflect on teaching practices and make continuous improvements to the learning environment.
- Preparing for and responding effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents and natural disasters, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
- Able to teach and guide children in the proper recitation of the Quran.
- Must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a passion for collaborative teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
