- Identify suitable locations and develop new education centers
- Manage and oversee daily operations at the centers
- Maintain the center’s business to ensure profitability meets designated targets
- Analyze the competitive landscape and market conditions across regions to assess feasibility for establishing operations
- Build a professional teaching team and drive student recruitment efforts
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education or school management, particularly in preschool or international school management (Preference for candidates with relevant qualifications)
- Able to speak in English & Mandarin
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the education industry to develop effective enrollment strategies and enhance the center's brand
- Familiarity with the procedures and regulations for establishing an education center in Malaysia
- Basic financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis, to maintain the center’s financial health
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of curriculum standards and best practices in education
