- Full Set of Accounts Management: Independently handle all accounting functions for each entity, from the operating trading company to asset-holding and investment-focused subsidiaries.
- Intercompany and Related-Party Transactions: Maintain and reconcile financial records for intercompany transactions, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards across all entities within the group structure.
- Consolidated Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across all entities, delivering consolidated reports that provide a comprehensive overview of the entire portfolio.
- Asset and Investment Oversight: Maintain detailed records of property, investment, and asset holdings, providing accurate financial data to support the mother company’s broader strategy.
- Budgeting and Financial Forecasting: Support budget creation and forecasting for each entity, coordinating closely with the management team to project costs and revenue.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee invoicing, payments, and collections across all entities, ensuring smooth transaction management and timely cash flow.
- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate for audits, ensuring compliance with relevant local and international regulations for each entity, including tax and financial disclosures.
- SQL-Based Software Management: Utilise SQL-based accounting systems for seamless multi-entity transaction processing and report generation.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage for regional coordination.
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior accounts executive role, ideally within a holding company or multi-entity environment.
- Proficiency in SQL-based accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and cross-border accounting.
- Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to confidentiality and data accuracy.
