Major Responsibilities:

  1. Handle the customer complaints and guide the client to do trouble-shooting;
  2. Training the distributors on product installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of endoscopy systems.
  3. On-line or phone support to region customer's technical problems;
  4. Repair and maintain faulty equipment if necessary;
  5. Other job assignment from Service director or manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Medical Endoscopy or related industry experience would be highly preferred;
  2. Excellent English or Chinese speaking skill;
  3. Excellent hands-on ability;
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication skills;
  5. Be familiar with the fault diagnosis and maintenance of medical equipment.
