Role Summary:
The Senior Ad Operations Manager will oversee strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for Malaysia and Singapore. This includes audience segmentation, market research, content development, campaign management, and performance analysis. The role demands a results-oriented professional skilled in digital marketing and campaign optimization to drive brand impact and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Work cross-functionally to create brand-aligned marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify audience insights.
- Analyse campaign performance and metrics, offering data-driven recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and publishers.
- Lead a team of campaign specialists to implement campaign strategies and timelines, for seamless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually effective marketing assets.
- Collaborate with publishers to implement campaigns and creative formats.
- Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics to monitor campaign and ROI.
- Prepare and present campaign reports to stakeholders, with key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
Required skills and qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
- 3+ years as a campaign manager, publishers manager or a similar role.
- Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, post schedulers and web analytic tools.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools, and SSPs, GAM, tag management, pre-bid solutions, Excel (e.g. Pivot tables).
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of the digital media ecosystem with a good network of digital publishers and app owners.
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Malaysia & Singapore consumer market landscape
