Intern (Operations - Logistics/Aerospace)

To fulfil duties that the manager has delegated in relation to the education guidelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Control Tower:

Assist in daily freight operation
Handle daily communication and correspondence to external & internal customers

• Booking Desk:

Checking New Booking received from Customer/Shipper/Supplier.
Determine shipment is moving via BOllore/FEDEX/DHL.
Create TR via LINK for shipment activation. (Sending instructions to network)

• Data Quality:

Monitor missing event report.
Updating missing event via LINK.

• Billing:

Responsible for execution of billing for Bollore/FEDEX?DHL shipment.
Ensure all shipment event via LINK.

• Follow up with additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate with KEK (Kursus Ejen Kastam) is a bonus.

• No work experience required.
• Good command of English
• Preferred skill(s): Good Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Endless drive to learn.
• Preferably Internship duration of 6 month(s)
