Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 3months – 6months
Summary of Position: The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting processes and contribute to the company's talent acquisition efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare job offer letters and rejection letters.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining candidate databases and preparing recruitment reports.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
- Provide administrative support for various HR-related tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Allowance: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
