About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Agile Business Lead to join our Customer Interactions Tribe. This role is pivotal in defining visions, strategies, and value-driven roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can build the big picture, connect the dots, and focus on stakeholder needs.
The candidate will grow the skills of a chapter of 10+ product owners, evolving them into product managers and bridging business challenges with technical opportunities. As a Chapter Lead, you will translate the Tribe strategy into a vision, manage the team lifecycle from recruitment to career evolution, and develop Chapter expertise. You will foster collaboration, act as a servant leadership role model, and keep the team engaged. Additionally, you will work with other chapter leads to stay updated on best practices, providing ongoing support and guidance in line with SWIFT’s values.

Company Overview: We’re the world’s leading provider of secure financial messaging services, headquartered in Belgium. We are the way the world moves value – across borders, through cities and overseas. No other organization can address the scale, precision, pace, and trust that this demands, and we’re proud to support the global economy.

We’re unique too. We were established to find a better way for the global financial community to move value – a reliable, safe, and secure approach that the community can trust completely. We’re always striving to be better and are constantly evolving in an ever-changing landscape, without undermining that trust. Five decades on, our vibrant community reflects the complexity and diversity of the financial ecosystem. We innovate diligently, test exhaustively, then implement fast. In a connected and exciting era, our mission has never been more relevant. Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.

You will work within the Customer Interactions (CI) Tribe, a 130+ people organization split across two main sites: La Hulpe, Belgium and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The CI Tribe builds and supports the tools through which Swift and our customers interact – eg: our websites, order to fulfillment applications, support tools, Swift event platform, self-service and customer master data solutions.

Are you looking for a challenging leadership role within an Agile Tribe? Do you enjoy thinking big while appreciating small improvements? Do you empower teams to achieve their best results while keeping the organization engaged and challenged? Are you passionate about learning and continuously improving? Are you brave enough to raise issues and drive change? Are you willing to roll up your sleeves to help the tribe achieve its objectives? If you answered “yes” to these questions, this job might be for you!
