Role Summary:
Oversees all Digital Marketing efforts in UNIQLO Malaysia to secure the sales growth and online brand presence of UNIQLO Malaysia. This includes oversight for performance marketing including all paid and owned channels. Develops the digital marketing strategies across all channels to drive new customer acquisition, sessions and sales growth across digital touchpoints. Provides advanced expertise to have the best practices on digital paid and owned media.
Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition and Sales Growth
- Develops digital marketing strategy for owned and paid channels including App/Email/Search (SEO/SEM) /Affiliate/Display/Social to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales.
- Creation and alignment of channel KPIs with local stakeholders and global headquarters.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvements.
Cross-functional work
- Work closely with the E-Commerce department to grow the digital business strategically.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing team to plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaign plans from upper to lower.
- Work closely with the Global Headquarter’s Digital Marketing Team to exchange knowledge and skills with each other and execute global direction.
- Work closely with media agencies and other vendor partners.
- Reporting to management, marketing director and other departments.
Organization development and member education
- Setting a clear team goal and leading a team to achieve sales target.
- Educating each member as a digital marketing specialist and excellent career person.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of digital performance marketing experience in clients or agency.
- Experience of Customer acquisition to E-commerce platform/Website.
- Project Management experience and skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Management experience.
- Experience of developing strategy - planning - execution - reviewing in Digital Marketing.
- Experience of using analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console etc. and ads platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads etc.
- Experience of Mass Marketing, Offline Marketing etc.
