Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Account Manager at HOMA2u. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, assisting with sales activities, providing customer support, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting with at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of XERO, AutoCount, SQL or any other accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Organized, meticulous and can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • A team player, proactive, and willing to accept changes for the best interest of the Company

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Review and ensure reconciliations are performed on a timely basis and differences are resolved promptly.
  • Execute daily accounting tasks which included AP, AR, GL etc accordingly on time.
  • Ensure accounting and other records are maintained in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure proper and easy identification of fixed assets. · Ensure proper cash management for maximum utilization of funds.
  • Assist in formulate the annual budget and perform monthly budget and actual analysis for superior.
  • Attending audits, internal audits, and tax submission.
  • Assist in tax estimation and planning (quarterly and yearly).
  • To train, develop, provide guidance, and motivate subordinates in all financial activities in the company.
