Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive decision-making.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate effective time management by prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives in high-growth or dynamic industry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Project management experience and certification will be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
