Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning and Development Executive to oversee the planning, development, and execution of our training programs.

This role includes managing projects from inception to completion, creating and updating course outlines, and ensuring high standards in content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage training projects, ensuring on-time and effective delivery.
  • Course Design & Development: Collaborate with trainers and SMEs to create and update comprehensive course outlines tailored to client needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to identify training requirements and create tailored L&D solutions.
  • Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including internal and external trainers, materials preparation, and scheduling.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Analyze participant feedback and incorporate findings to enhance training quality and relevance.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of L&D trends, tools, and techniques to introduce innovative practices into our programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role, with some project management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English Language, Microsoft Office; familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Posses own transport
