To develop business opportunities and build the Company’s market share of the business in Latin America and Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales engineers to develop new business opportunities and build the Company's market share.
- To market and promote company products.
- To explore new products and business opportunity.
- To monitor customer satisfaction.
- To travel and attend both technical clarification and commercial negotiation with Clients and or Consultant from time to time in connection with your duties.
- To prepare sales proposals/quotation, tender bid, technical specification, price schedule.
- To perform detail engineering calculation and generate detail engineering drawings for proposals.
- Keep up with the product knowledge and being up to date about the latest developments in technology.
- To prepare monthly sales updates.
- Any other duties associated with your position as and when necessary from time to time.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent
- Excellent customer relationship, networking with Palm Oil Millers, account management, negotiation, contract management and project management skills
- A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills, Computer literate; strong in Power point
- Possess at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment
- Willing to travel extensively locally and overseas.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin preferred.
