Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Engineer at Airfoils Services Sdn Bhd. The Documentation Engineer will be responsible for technical documentation, technical writing, documentation management, and creating manuals related to aftermarket repair services for aircraft engine components.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree or any relevant technical certificate holder.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly.
• Excellent organizing skills to maintain document library.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Access, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an effective control procedure for all incoming and outgoing approved engineering data into ASSB’s Engineering Department.
• Control all engineering documents numbering and work procedures.
• Control and maintain all incoming engineering data i.e. Service Buletin, Drawings etc.
• Provide reporting of performance rates such as reject rates, etc for evaluation.
• Organize and maintain engineering documents i.e. Process Instructions, Customer Technical Order, etc in a systematic method for easy traceability.
• Develop and maintain Documentation Management System.
• Perform other technical tasks as required by superior.
• Complies and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times.
