We are looking for a temporary team leader to manage the HR team for a maternity cover.
Contract Period : 6 Months
The Key Accountabilities for this role are, not limited to:
• Overseeing the HR Function for RES MY in training & development, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and etc.
• Managing the HRIS system (P Talent) for Publicis Resource APAC region
and for agencies within the groupe.
• Liaises with Training Provider on staff training program. Co-ordinate and arrange In House Training for all employees.
• Liaises with HRDF Officer and Application and Claim of training grant
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Induction training for new hires.
• Process work pass such as work permit and employment pass for expatriate
• Co-ordinate HR activities as and when required
• Perform HR Regional Projects and other adhoc related duties as assigned
• Overseeing daily office administration
• Assisting in all related HR matters for RES MY and Agencies as and when required
Experience/Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in HR or equivalent with 5 years experience
• Experience in coordinating and conducting trainings.
• Experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing knowledge
• Have a strong grasp of government regulations Skills (including technology)
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written skills; meticulous and detail-oriented
