Job Description:

  • Manage and Lead Projects: Directly manage internal and external Program/Project Development throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Define and Scope Projects: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders including managers, customers, and peers.
  • Communication and Tracking: Effectively communicate project expectations, timelines, and milestones. Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans, ensuring timely and clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Progress Reporting: Develop and deliver regular progress reports, closure documentation, and other presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Relationship Management: Build, develop, and nurture business relationships essential for project success.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Lead the development of accreditation processes and improvement plans/documentation to assist in company compliance certification programs (ISO & Business Process). Ensure processes, infrastructure, and projects comply with these certifications and security standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation, ensuring projects are aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with tech leads, customer service, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related working experience in project management. Especially in IT project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus point.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with compliance certification programs (ISO, Business Process) is a plus.
  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
