We are seeking an analyst to join our expanding APAC-focused team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis and producing high quality reports for our clients. They will be goal-orientated and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards. The Analyst will be self-motivated and eager to develop and learn. The successful candidate will want to play a part in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The requirements of the role are:
- Report writing
- Fluency in written and verbal English and ability to read and analyse complex texts in regional languages, such as Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, Japanese and others
- Experience in enhanced due diligence, business intelligence or investigative/ academic research is desirable but not essential
- Research and analysis
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in the Asia-Pacific region is essential and some experience working or living in the region is a plus
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, report writing and presentation skills
- The ability to research, analyze and present data and condense large amounts of complex information in an accurate, logical, and concise manner
- Close attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality
- Ability to consider and assess multiple factors and present solutions
- Project management
- Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to budget
- Ability to follow processes and policies to maintain high quality standards
- MS Office proficiency

Aperio Intelligence offers a highly competitive package including hybrid-working, discretionary performance bonus and medical insurance. The successful candidate must have permission to work in Malaysia by the start of their employment. The Analyst may be required to travel from time-to-time. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or related discipline 1 - 3 years of experience working with data in a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
