Role Description:

This full-time on-site role as a Software Analyst (Technical Coordinator) in Kuching involves coordinating technical teams and projects. As a Software Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing software requirements, coordinating software development phases, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders, including software engineers and project managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development life cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for converting requirements into documentation, such as User Requirement Documents, and acting as a technical product specialist to provide advice on any technical-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst, Technical Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with technical product management is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
