SUMMMARY
This role is accountable for identifying learning needs, co-designing and implementing targeted learning and talent development program, and facilitating employee upskilling and reskilling to ensure that PayNet's workforce is prepared to meet future demands and achieve the company’s goals and aspirations. Additionally, this role is crucial in promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization and enhancing employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and address key learning needs to achieve PayNet’s goals through targeted learning and development.
- Co-design, develop, and implement leadership program for PayNet Leaders at various levels.
- Develop talent and accelerate talent readiness for succession planning, aiming for at least one ready now successor for each critical role.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning and development process through automation/ learning management system, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate on building a high-performing, value-based culture to achieve an 80% Employee Engagement Score (EES).
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate should demonstrate commendable competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors) to effectively fulfil the key responsibilities outlined below:
Learning Needs Assessment
- Co-design and develop learning needs assessment for PayNet.
- Conduct learning needs assessment to gather inputs from the identified key stakeholders (managers/ employees).
- Engage with the senior leaders/ middle management to validate findings and gain insights to ensure learning needs are aligned with the organization needs.
Instructional Systems Design
- Analyse the learning and development needs and identify learning needs and outcomes.
- Co-design effective learning and development program for adult learners to achieve the specified learning outcomes.
- Develop learning and development curricula in accordance with adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Implement targeted learning and development curricula tailored to specific learners.
- Evaluate the learning effectiveness of learning initiatives and their return on investment utilizing model such as The Kirkpatrick Model (Level 1 – Reaction, Level 2 – Learning, Level 3 – Behavior, Level 4 – Results).
Psychometric Assessments
- Understands psychometric theories, test types, and the reliability and validity of tests.
- Uses assessments to identify employee strengths, weaknesses, and development opportunities.
- Analyses psychometric testing results to formulate talent development strategies.
- Provides guidance, feedback, or coaching based on psychometric testing results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline, with at least 6 years of experience in learning & development.
- Certification in instructional design along with the expertise and experience in instructional systems design are required.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as good influencing, conceptual thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
