Job Description
Key responsibilities
- To ensure the SAQ documentation in place and to update SA tracker.
- To Upload SAQ documentation into SharePoint following the file SAQ naming convention
- To assist on payment raising & to prepare the documentation required by the stakeholder and update/follow up payment status - deposit, rental, LC submission.
- To assist on stamping process
- To track and maintain the upkeep of SAQ (TA, SA, payment, access) database.
- To ensure & to comply all documentation required for LC Submission
- To support and manage site access request.
- To assist and perform tasks assigned by the SAQ.
Requirements
- Possess at least bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification with a strong Engineering background.
- Possess good communication and written skills.
- Organized, meticulous and able to multitask.
- Good in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in organizing engagement activities.
