  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  2. Tip: If you're running Mac OS, click the Firefox drop-down list > Preferences.
  3. On the Content tab, click the Enable JavaScript check box.

  3. From the Settings menu, click Cookies and site permissions.
  4. Scroll down and click on JavaScript.
  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."
  6. Close the Settings tab.
  7. Refresh the page.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Agile Engineering Coach to join the Agile Coaching organisation. As a senior Agile Engineering Coach, you will be a driving force behind the tribe's and squads' success and a key contributor to developing our agile capabilities.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in continuous / process improvement in a Software environment
  • 4+ years of working knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working
  • Proficient in data and metrics with a track record of continuous improvement
  • Experience with ITIL4, Six Sigma, and DevOps is a plus

Domains: Security / IT / Quality / Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Integration: Seamlessly integrate a new team across four clusters into our Agile practices.
  • Cultivate Serious Commitment: Foster a high-performance culture focused on data-driven results and impactful continuous improvement. Promote metrics-based decision-making with a strong emphasis on quality. Ensure that continuous improvement interventions are measurable, visible and second nature.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Enhance reliability and standardization while automating repetitive tasks. Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and service quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align with our organizational objectives, ways of working and the Technology Platform Strategy.
  • Agile Community Participation: Engage with our internal Agile community and share insights with fellow Agile practitioners.
