As the Business Development & Events Manager at Pickle Social Club (PSC), you will play a crucial role in driving the club's growth and enhancing our community engagement. You’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable events while forging strategic partnerships that elevate the PSC brand. Your leadership will ensure that every event and initiative reflects our commitment to excellence, providing an unparalleled experience for our members and guests. A passionate hands-on approach to managing the operation with a “get-it-done” attitude is expected.

What You'll Do

  • Event Planning & Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events that engage our community and elevate the Pickle Social Club business ventures.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with our mission and values.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, community members, and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes and business growth.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and initiatives, utilizing various channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate event success through metrics and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively with diverse teams to achieve common goals and support organizational success.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes for clients and the organization.
  • Strategic Leader: Ability to think critically and strategically to drive business success and enhance event quality.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Preferably 4 to 5 years of experience in event management and business development, with a proven track record in a mid-level management role.
  • Strong understanding of event planning processes, as well as business development strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient command of English, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of personalities.
