Account Assistant
1. Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, etc.
2. Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
3. Analyse financial information for trends and errors
4. Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers
5. To assist with team during month end closing
6. To prepare balance sheet, track and reconcile bank statements
7. Create organised records and files to assist in tax preparation
8. Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data
9. Other ad hoc duties assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years of finance related working experience. • Superior mathematical skills and excel skills (V-look up and pivot table) • Familiar with audit and tax practices. • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within
