We are seeking a dynamic and driven manager to oversee our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for strategising, implementing, and optimising marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across various digital channels such as SEM, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and more.
  2. Utilise different creative formats across the digital media landscape to deliver campaign objectives.
  3. Analyse key performance metrics and market trends to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Utilize data-driven insights to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and CRM activities.
  2. Develop KPIs and dashboards to track progress towards goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  3. Continuously refine strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, and social media.
  3. Experience in digital media buying on Meta, Google, Tiktok and other networks.
  4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, self-serve media platforms like Meta & Google Ads.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Results-driven mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic marketing initiatives.
