Job Overview
As the Digital Marketing Lead at IFCA, you will own and execute the content strategy while also be responsible for performance marketing. From developing social media content strategy to optimizing paid campaigns, you’ll ensure our messaging is consistent, engaging, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support IFCA’s business goals.
- Review, approve, and create social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Track social media metrics and continuously adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Content Review & Article Management
- Oversee the creation, review, and optimization of articles to ensure they reflect IFCA’s brand and provide value to our audience.
- Act as the editorial lead, ensuring all content meets quality standards, aligns with SEO best practices, and supports thought leadership.
- Work closely with writers to maintain consistency and improve content effectiveness.
- Performance Marketing
- Serve as the primary person responsible for performance marketing, managing all aspects of paid campaigns, including PPC, social ads, and retargeting.
- Create and test ad copy, visuals, and content for various digital platforms to drive high engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize paid campaigns based on performance metrics and implement A/B testing to identify top-performing content.
- Data Analysis & Optimization
- Use analytics tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of content across social media, articles, and performance marketing.
- Analyze metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and engagement to inform content strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Report on performance and insights regularly, recommending actionable changes to improve results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, with expertise in social media management and hands-on performance marketing.
- Proven experience in managing paid campaigns (PPC, social ads) with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and experience using data to drive content and campaign decisions.
- Exceptional writing, editing, communication and leadership skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage all aspects of performance marketing.
