Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager with a complete 36 months scheme The Assistant Manager will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks including but not limited to managing administrative functions, supervising staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting in decision-making processes. This role is primarily located in Cyberjaya but with flexibility for some remote work.
Salary Renumeration
. RM5,000 - RM15,000 allowance
. RM5,000 - RM10,000 Assistant manager allowance
. Trip reward : Bangkok, Shanghai, Istanbul
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Marketing and sales experience are great added advantage
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project coordination and collaboration
Ability to work independently and a great team player
Detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Relevant degree in Business, Management, or related field
